Enhancing Disaster and Climate Resilience of Infrastructure through Resilience Standards.

As climate change continues to pose significant challenges, codes, and standards centered around climate resilience are exerting a transformative influence on the realms of transport infrastructure, energy systems, and mobility solutions.
A resilient system is closely interconnected and interdependent on other systems.
Coordinated policies and strategies align energy and transport infrastructure resilience goals, creating a more coherent response to climate challenges. Climate data enables these systems to benchmark specifications, integrate innovation, develop data-informed policies, and establish standards in planning, design, and operations.
The session will discuss on role of climate data in establishing resilience codes and standards as well as its influence on other associated sectors.

Session Co-hosts;
