This side event aims at discussing and exploring ways in which countries could establish innovative institutional arrangements and binding alliances for climate decision-making and investments. The idea is to bring together governments and experts from Latin America (Colombia), Asia-Pacific (Viet Nam), and Northern Africa (Morocco) to exchange in-country experiences on i) transformative institutional arrangements to attract NDC and LTS investments and strong alliances for sector-specific climate investments.
